Sacro-Occipital Technique
Sacro is the term that means referring to or associated with the sacrum. Occipital refers to the back of the head. This technique is used to restore the function associated with the brain and the spinal cord. This area is focused on to counterbalance many different physical and mental health problems including respiratory problems, female reproduction dysfunction, and headaches and migraines. The sacro-occipital adjustment accomplishes the goal of restoring nerve communication with the brain and spine so that the body can heal itself quickly and naturally. The adjustment itself isn't painful and can feel awkward but only takes a few seconds. Ask about this technique when you come into our office.
